Taylor Rock, DNP, FNP-BC, CANS

Taylor Rock is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) with extensive experience in cosmetic dermatology. A native Tucsonan, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona and joined Ironwood Dermatology as a provider in 2025.

Taylor has practiced cosmetic dermatology since 2018, specializing in wellness, medical-grade skincare, BOTOX®, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and advanced facial and body laser treatments. She is a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) through the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) and remains actively involved in advancing the field through professional engagement. Taylor is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN) and previously served as faculty for the 2019 American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery (ASLMS).

Her dedication to dermatology and skin health extends beyond the clinic. Taylor’s doctoral dissertation and publication focused on expanding nurse practitioners’ knowledge of early skin cancer detection in underserved communities.

With a passion for aesthetics and wellness, Taylor is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. She provides subtle and natural results using innovative aesthetic approaches, partnering with patients to develop comprehensive restorative goals. Balancing art and science to master skin rejuvenation, she offers advanced, beautiful solutions.

Outside of the clinic, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and continually expanding her expertise through ongoing education.
